Request a Partnership

All agencies who partner with CPS must sign an Experiential Education Agreement (EEA). Please mail a signed EEA to 327 Gibson Hall 6823 St. Charles Avenue New Orleans, LA 70118 and/or fax a copy to (504) 862-8061. Agencies may revise the model EEA. All revisions will be reviewed and approved by Tulane University's General Counsel before partnership is confirmed.
